Dusty Baker said his team has to be patient with the process of fixing the bullpen considering teams are mostly still in contention and are unwilling to trade. They should have picked up a closer before the season, just sayin.

Antonio Senzatela threw his fifth quality start in seven total games started in the majors. He has a 3.12 ERA in four starts at home in Coors Field and is 5-1 with a 2.86 ERA overall. The downside is that he rarely strikes batters out, 4.91 K/9. David Price threw around 60 pitches in a simulated session yesterday, and is scheduled to throw a light bullpen session tomorrow. He could begin a rehab assignment after one more sim game
