Week 3 Injury Report

Jimmy Garoppolo (SF QB) Jimmy is out for the season with a torn left ACL and MCL. This is a huge loss to the 49ers 2018 season.

Aqib Talib (LAR DB) Talib hurt his ankle on Sunday, may need surgery. This would be a huge loss to the Rams defense.

Marcus Peters (DB LAR) Peters had an ankle injury on Sunday, is questionable for Thursday night.

Muhammad Wilkerson (GB DE) Wilkerson had a significant injury on Sunday and had surgery Sunday night on his leg. He is out for the rest of the season. This is a big loss for the Packers defense.

Richard Sherman (SF DB) Sherman is out two to three weeks with a calf strain.

Isaiah Johnson (TB DB) Ran into the wall during the Monday night game.

Evan Engram (NYG TE) Engram is week to week with a sprained MCL.

Calais Campbell (DE JAC) Campbell had a minor ankle injury on Sunday.

A.J. Green (CIN WR) AJ left the game in the third quarter on Sunday, with a groin injury. He said after the game that he should be fine going forward, so let’s keep in eye on him for next week. Thankfully, the injury looked a lot worse on tv, than what actually transpired.

Evan Engram (NYG TE) Engram went out of the game against Houston a sprained MCL. As of right now, he is week to week.

Trae Waynes (MIN DB) Waynes left Sunday’s game with an apparent right ankle injury. He had an MRI Monday and could be questionable for Thursday night’s game.

Ricardo Allen (ATL DB) Atlanta lost another defensive back on Sunday. Now they are again facing major concerns with their secondary. Allen is out for the season with a significant left leg injury.

Chris Conte (TB DB) Conte aggravated a previous knee injury on Monday night and is questionable for week four.

Tyrod Taylor (CLE QB) Taylor sustained a concussion on Thursday night and is being replaced by Baker Mayfield. He should clear the concussion protocol to become Mayfield’s backup.
