Gregory Bird took grounders yesterday for the first time since going on the DL, and heads to Florida on Sunday for extended spring training
Wilson Ramos threw to the bases for the first time and could be ready for a minor league rehab assignment in the next week.

If Hahn needs a trip to the disabled list, the A’s would likely recall Jharel Cotton, who is 2-0 at Triple-A Nashville with a 2.25 ERA.
