LeSean McCoy (RB-BUF)

2015 ADP 22.42

2016 ADP 38

LeSean McCoy parted ways with the Philadelphia Eagles after being traded to the Buffalo Bills coming into the 2015 season. After averaging over 1000 rushing yards and nine touchdowns for six seasons

While McCoy suffered from a nagging hamstring injury that cost him four games last season, he still ran for nearly 900 yards averaging  4.4 yards per carry.

His season was over after a torn MCL injury in December, which kept him out of lineups during fantasy championship weeks. The situation in Buffalo has shifted into McCoy’s favor, as McCoy no longer has to contend with Karlos Williams vulturing touchdowns every step of the way. McCoy can slide into the top five running back conversation.

DeMarco Murray (RB-TEN)

2015 ADP 17.25

2016 ADP 53

Don’t look now but I think we’re sensing a trend here…

Murray was released after his contract with the Dallas Cowboys expired at the end of 2014, but in  each of the two seasons with Dallas, he rushed for over 1100 yards and scored at least nine touchdowns.

Murray signed with the Philadelphia Eagles last offseason,  where he was mismanaged under Chip Kelly’s regime and put up some of worst stats of his career, averaging 12 carries a game for only 46.8 yards.

After ending the season with a record of seven and nine, The Eagles traded Murray to the Tennessee Titans in exchange for a mere swap of 4th round draft picks.

Now in a system devoted to utilizing Murray in a scheme that fits his playstyle, Murray can provide you with running back one type numbers at a fraction of the cost.

 Jordan Matthews (WR-PHI)

2015 ADP 26

2016 ADP 41.40

This is the last Eagles’ player I promise

Jordan Matthews found himself dropping a lot of passes at the beginning of the 2015 season, but he improved on his rookie season with 126 targets and 997 total receiving yards. He finished strong and  took over as the team’s top target in week 15.

OTA reports so far are saying that Matthews is catching everything thrown his way, and the fact there is no real threat to compete with Matthews for targets,  he can excel in his role again this year.

Emmanuel Sanders (WR-DEN)

2015 ADP 25

2016 ADP 55.45

Emmanuel Sanders is still going in the middle of drafts, even after winning the Super Bowl. Sanders is a speedy wide receiver with an impressive skill set. He can run great short routes which will boost his target volume given the current quarterback situation in Denver. Sanders also has the ability to burn defenses down field to make big plays.

In the last two seasons Sanders averaged over 1100 receiving yards and six or more touchdowns. Neither playing with a backup quarterback in Brock Osweiler, or playing through one of Peyton Manning’s worst seasons hindered Sanders. In the post Peyton Manning era, you can find Sanders at a nice discount late in your 5th round, and sometimes even in the 6th.
