- On Thursday he pitched five scoreless innings with two strikeouts and no walks.
- Anthony Santander, who missed most of last season on the disabled list because of a strained forearm, is ranked as the Orioles’ No. 9 prospect.

Lenny and I went to two Fall League games yesterday. Here is what we saw. We saw the first game at Peoria Sports Complex, spring training home to the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres.
- The Mesa Solar Sox hit two home runs in the first inning.
- Cubbies David Bote
- Oakland A’s Sheldon Neuse
The second game was at Scottsdale Stadium, spring training home of the San Francisco Giants.
- 23-year-old Rockies starting pitcher, Zach Jemiola, struck out five and walked two over three scoreless innings for the Scorpions.
- In 2017, Jemiola pitched 11 innings at Single-A before being promoted to Triple-A, where he pitched 81 ⅔ innings over 15 starts. He allowed over 100 hits (104), and walked almost as many batters (38) as he struck out (40)
