About the Braves’ Opening Day Rotation

It has been an eventful spring for the Braves’ starting pitching staff. Here’s the brief rundown:

Injuries

Mike Foltynewicz, Kevin Gausman, and Mike Soroka have all dealt with injuries. It appears Folty will be ready to return to the rotation sometime around mid April. It looks like Gausman will pitch in the third series of the season. Soroka has been sent to Triple-A to continue his rehab process.

Fallers

Sean Newcomb and Touki Toussaint have both struggled with effectiveness and control issues.
