Players to Trade For in Week 2: FanSportsVisor

Get these players now!

Quarterback:

Matt Ryan (ATL)

Twitter was going crazy on Thursday night and all day Friday, talking about how Ryan wasn’t that good of a quarterback anymore. I disagree, I think we’re still looking at numbers similar to what we saw in 2016 when they made the Super Bowl.

With Steve Sarkisian’s second year of coordinating this offense, we’ll start to see more of his built-in plays this season. Last year, they were still working partially off of Kyle Shanahan’s offense. Ryan is good a target in this weeks trade topics!

Running Back:

Le’Veon Bell (PIT)

I don’t think anyone including Le’Veon knows when he’s coming back to the Steelers this season. Bell’s agent, Adisa Bakari, stated on Sirius September 5th, 2018that Le’Veon could sit out for a period of time this season, but at the same time expects to have the best “statistical season of his career.”

When he walks through the doors at 3400 South Water Street is anyone’s guess. What I do know is that he’s the perfect target for trades. I think you should be able to even get him for a 2nd Round RB. So look around your leagues for anyone that has Bell and is need of another RB. Offer up your Joe Mixon, Alex Collins, or even Kenyan Drake for Bell. You may not get a bite at first, but if he sits out another week you will for sure get interests. Don’t take the chance for that week, make the offers now!

Wide Receiver:

Corey Davis (TEN)

With Delanie Walker done for the year someone else will be needed to step up in the offense. Davis is that player to do so this year. While missing most of 2017 (rookie year) to injuries he did come back to an impressive performance at the end of the season. Going for six receptions and 91 yards against the Rams in Week 16 and in the postseason going for two TD’s against New England. I see Davis finishing this year as a WR2 in season-long leagues. Target now in trades, if you missed out in him in drafts.

Tight End:

David Njoku (CLE)

David Njoku had a terrible game against Pittsburgh on Sunday, causing some owners of Njoku to look at possible trade offers. Having drafted him in leagues over Delanie Walker and Greg Olsen this year, I’ve been very high on Njoku going into the 2018 season. He is Cleveland’s best red zone and tight coverage option. You may not benefit from his abilities while Taylor is at starting QB, I would think Mayfield will be able to utilize Njoku properly as we saw in the preseason on HBO’s Hard Knocks. Get him now from a regretful owner at TE, before he has his big game.
